促进心理健康的提示

1。下定决心活得开心
2。从生活点滴寻找乐趣
3。做白日梦
4。以积极态度处事待人
5。学习如何面对消极想法
6。别想同时做好很多件事
7。培养爱好
8。运动 (很难安排时间,其实是借口而已,嗬嗬!)
9。设定个人目标
10。写日记
11。培养幽默感
12。做义工 (还没有开始,但是会在教堂里开始)
13。善待自己和家人 (开始了)
14。让自己有一群知心好友 (开始了)

在报纸看到以上的提示,对自己有帮助的。
虽然我还不能做到全部的提示,但是做到一部分都已经很不错了。
